Meet Scruffy! This cat has a special place in my heart and I'm making a plea that if you'd like an adult cat, not young but not old you come meet this special boy. He was trapped in a garage and found dehydrated and malnourished. We didn't think he was going to make it but make it he did. Scruffy is now neutered thanks to the Animal Relief Fund (ARF) and he is ready for his new home. Scruffy is a lover!
