Jeffery came to us after his mother and several siblings passed away. All that survived were him and four other puppies. Since they were under weight and mal-nourished, the foster mom started bottle feeding right away.

All 5 made it and so far the other 4 have found forever homes. We kept Jeffery for several extra weeks as he was able to give comfort to other puppies in need. Now it is his turn!!!

If you would like to schedule a meet-n-greet, please call or text Laurie at (559) 799-3937. She will work as a liasion between the public and foster homes.

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a 'special' area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.

Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
