Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Who just loves this face? Let's be real - everyone does! No one can resist wanting to squeeze and cuddle this cutie. Randy is an amazing puppy who loves everyone and everything. He is very friendly with a fantastic personality. He is happy and active and loves to play and run. He will make an excellent family dog for an active family who likes to spend weekends outdoors. Randy is very smart and picks up things easily - and potty training and learning basic commands should be a breeze with him. Randy enjoys cuddles and wants to always have your attention. He will sit quietly and wait for you to look his way - and then he paws at you to be picked up and held.
TO INQUIRE TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS, PLEASE GO TO WWW.PROJECTOUTBOUND.ORG FOR OUR APPLICATION AND ADOPTION PACKET REQUIREMENTS LISTED UNDER THE 'ADOPTION PROCESS TAB'. IF THIS DOG IS STILL LISTED, IT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUT MAY HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION WE ARE PROCESSING.
Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line). If interested in learning more about our adoptable dogs and adoption process, or our foster home program, please visit our website at www.projectoutbound.org. Due to the number of requests that we receive on our puppies and dogs, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received. Once we send you an application, your place in line does not get reserved until your application is returned to us.
