Motown meets absolutely adorableness! Meet Tito, our little heartbreaker. This sweet guy is all fluff and all cuteness rolled into one. He loves to be held and cuddled and loves to rest his adorable little head on your shoulder. He has quite the personality and will have you smiling and laughing at his cute little antics (he makes little noises when he eats - almost like he is trying to say Nom Nom this is good). Tito is outgoing and loves to play. He adores kids and wants to play with them and be held. He is the puppy that will play his heart out and then crash out on your lap for a snooze.

Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line). Due to the number of requests that we receive on our puppies and dogs, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received. Once we send you an application, your place in line does not get reserved until your application is returned to us.
