My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh the fluffiness! Betty has the softest fur which matches her sweet disposition. Betty loves to play and is an active girl who would love a yard to run and play. She adores kids of all ages and would be best for an active family who spends time outdoors soaking up the sunshine. Betty has been working on her leash skills and her new family is going to have to continue this. She prefers to play roll over and rub my belly instead. She prefers a harness to a collar and leash. Betty is on the calmer side and has a sweet, but shy, disposition. A calmer household would be best for her as she can get nervous with loud, unexpected noises.

AGE: 6 months
WEIGHT: 40 lbs
BREED: Shepherd/Lab mix

TO INQUIRE TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS, PLEASE GO TO WWW.PROJECTOUTBOUND.ORG FOR OUR APPLICATION AND ADOPTION PACKET REQUIREMENTS LISTED UNDER THE 'ADOPTION PROCESS TAB'. IF THIS DOG IS STILL LISTED, IT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUT MAY HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION WE ARE PROCESSING.

Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line). If interested in learning more about our adoptable dogs and adoption process, or our foster home program, please visit our website at www.projectoutbound.org. Due to the number of requests that we receive on our puppies and dogs, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received. Once we send you an application, your place in line does not get reserved until your application is returned to us.
