Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nothing is cuter than a midget Lab! Moe has all the looks and heart of a lab, but lacks the legs! This makes him beyond adorable. Moe is super friendly, has a big heart with lots of love to give, and adores people of all sizes - big and small. Moe is very playful and fun loving and enjoys exploring. Don't let his little legs fool you - he is all about going for walks and hikes. Moe enjoys a good game of chase the tennis ball and his favorite toys are rope toys. Moe is a hit with the other doggos too!
TO INQUIRE TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS, PLEASE GO TO WWW.PROJECTOUTBOUND.ORG FOR OUR APPLICATION AND ADOPTION PACKET REQUIREMENTS LISTED UNDER THE "ADOPTION PROCESS TAB". IF THIS DOG IS STILL LISTED, IT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BUT MAY HAVE A PENDING APPLICATION WE ARE PROCESSING.
Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line).
If interested in learning more about our adoptable dogs and adoption process, or our foster home program, please visit our website at www.projectoutbound.org.
Due to the number of requests that we receive on our puppies and dogs, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received. Once we send you an application, your place in line does not get reserved until your application is returned to us.
