Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sophie is a gentle senior girl who needs a place to gracefully live out her retirement with dignity and a calm atmosphere. She sleeps most of the day, but seems to enjoy wandering in the fenced yard, as opposed to leash walks. Since Sophie is visually impaired and hearing impaired, her ideal home would be one without stairs and with a flat, fenced yard without hazards. The one thing that gets Sophie so excited that her foster mom thinks she may actually do a back flip one day is EATING! When she smells her food dish is nearby, she starts tap dancing. Her tail wags most at feeding time. Sophie does not like to be picked up or cuddle, but has been very cooperative for her daily regime of eye drops. She no longer produces tears in her left eye, so will require drops indefinitely. A soft bed, a loving home and daily food and meds are all this girl really needs! She is "easy peasy" according to her foster mom.

Sophie is looking for a furever home where her brother, Sunny Ray, can join as well. While they do not appear to be "bonded", they do often sleep in their dog bed together, despite having two beds from which to choose. Send in your application today at www.underhoundrailroad.org.
