Hello everyone! I'm GRIFFIN the shepherd boy. I'm about 7 years old and looking for a new forever home. Just because I'm older doesn't mean that I'm slowing down tho! My inner child still comes out and I love chasing my tail and my ball. I like playing hide and seek with my foster brother and just doing anything with my people in general.
I can be a bit unsure when I meet new people and dogs, but I just need about a week to warm up and trust you. Once you have my friendship, I will be a total loverboy. Although I lived with a Chihuahua I would be best as the only dog in the home. I am not ok with cats. I am a shepherd through and through and will need a family who understands my breed.
My ideal home will be one with a large fenced in yard to run and fetch in (no condos for me please). I need a home in a rural place where I can roam around and be off leash as much as I can. The city makes me too nervous with all its hustle and bustle. I’m currently working with a trainer.
I'm not just a handsome face, I'm a very quick learner, especially when treats are involved.
I can't wait to meet my new family who will be my best buddies forever and ever and ever!
