Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Howdy,
My name is Abby.
I was found under a concrete slab of a hay barn with my litter mates awhile back. We were all taken to Lucies for excellent care and hopefully adoption by a wonderful family.
One by one, my litter mates were adopted and brought into loving homes. Then my day came - finally!! I was so happy and excited that I was going to have a furever loving home like my mates.
After about 4 months, there were some guys working outside and making loud noises with saws and stuff - I did NOT like that at all!! I was so scared. My family let the kind peeps at Lucies know about this, because I just did not want to go back outside there again.
My new family adopted another doggie, one who was much smaller than I was. They began to neglect me and pay more attention to the new pup and tossed me outside by myself. They didn't even get my last set of shots or rabies shot, or get me spayed as promised!! Who could do that to a pup that had already been mistreated as a baby??? Once again, I was sad :(
I was brought back to Lucies to start this whole scary ordeal over again. They took me in again and finished my vetting, so I am now up to date on shots and spayed.
While I love these great people here at Lucies, I really wish I had a family of own that would hold me and love me and play with me and take care of me. Someone that will commit to loving me and taking care of me for the rest of my life, no matter what life throws at us! Could it please be you?
