Hiya,

My name is Presley, you know like "The King of Rock-n-Roll" Presley?? Yeah, I'm almost as famous and awesome as that!

So my story is a sad one. While one of the volunteers was speaking with a police officer about another matter, she had mentioned that she had been keeping an eye on a doggie that had been chained to a dog house and bred over and over and over again. Before the officer could help it, the doggie had disappeared. She had looked everywhere for it, to no avail.

The lady at Lucies compared photos of me and the dog the officer was talking about, and they believed me to be the same dog! You see, I was believed to have been chained and bred over and over and over. I had arrived at Lucies shortly before they had this conversation. Amazing right?

It's so nice to know that there are police officers out there that care as much about us pets as they do humans. To protect and serve...she did that alright!!

The nice peeps here took me in and cared, loved and trained me. I'm now a happy, well cared for doggie :) I could possibly be a great watchdog, as I am very alert.

I so enjoy playing in the water and fetching balls!

What I would really enjoy though, is having a family that would give me the love and attention I deserve after all I have been through. Could you be that family???
