This is the information that we received from Gulliver's current foster:

Gulliver is a male, Hound mix, approximately 3-6 years old, tri-color (black, white, brown), about 40-45 lbs. He lives with me in my home, along with my small, older Papillon. He has no issues living with another dog once he's been properly introduced and trusts them. He has minor behavioral issues like pulling on leash, barking at squirrels, and chewing on pillows when not supervised, but has no major problems like reactivity or resource guarding.

I've had Gulliver around children at a distance lots of times - we walk by them at parks, on the street, etc, and he shows no real interest, doesn't seem bothered by the noise, and acts normally - sniffing the ground, wagging his tail like usual. But I've never seen him interact with a child directly. He is overstimulated by cats, especially if they run from him - he barks, high stiff tail wagging, pulls. If a cat just sits and looks at him (street cats do this often), he usually gets a little fixated but I'm able to gently encourage him to "leave it" and we can walk away without a lot of fuss. I have cats in my home, and I just keep them separated. If he hears them meowing, most of the time he perks up a bit but doesn't react, sometimes occasionally will just do a "woof!" or two then quiet.
