Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hugs are hard to come by these days, but you know who'd give you all the hugs you need? Bernie! This sweet boy was found, emaciated running through a trailer park, scavenging and begging for food. He was rescued and brought to us, where he is thriving in foster care. Bernie is super affectionate, giving plenty of hugs and kisses, and considers himself a lap dog. Though thin now, he should weigh about 45 pounds when his weight evens out. He's great with children and loves to play with other dogs. He'd be best going to a home without cats, as his enthusiasm for them is not appreciated. Long-legged and lanky, Bernie's a great hiking or running buddy, as well as a cuddle partner. He's about a year old, neutered, vaccinated and house trained, as well as Heartworm and Lyme negative. If you think Bernie's right for your family, please write pals@psknet.com for an application.
