My story

** Chance is being adopted through our North Alabama location, Felines & Canines Rescue Center.

Chance is a good boy who has been through a lot in his short life. When he was young, he was hit by a car and required a leg amputation. He has recovered so well that he honestly has no idea he is missing a leg - and we often forget too! His family fell on hard times and were living out of their car. They soon realized that Chance was too much for a pup to get the exercise he needed while living out of a car.

Despite losing his leg and family, he is one of the happiest, nicest dogs you will ever meet! Chance loves EVERYONE - people and dogs! He is exceptionally playful and loves to romp and roll in play yards with other playful pups. He would excel with an active family that will engage him on walks, hikes and exercise in the backyard. He is a strong boy, who walks best on harness. This boy is no couch potato but a ton of fun, so please only apply if you are a committed adopter looking to give this joyful boy a loving forever home!!
