My story

Hi, I'm Curly! I'm a heeler/basset mix and a smart and energetic girl from the end of my cute nose to the tip of my curly tail! When I was only 7 weeks old I was hitting my wee pad more than half of the time! With time and patience, I'll learn to hit it all the time and so much more!

I'm very rambunctious at play time and take a while to settle down for my naps. If I'm sad, I'll tell you about it with my whimpers or some barks. I don't come to my name yet so it's a perfect time for me to take on my new family's name.

I love to play with my sister, my foster mom and our toys. I hope you have other dogs, I like them as much as I like people! At night, I sleep with my sister in an open kennel so I can learn it's a safe haven. I often take my toys in there and hang out during the day. I'll bring my favorite toy with me when I go to my forever home.
