Guinness is a shelter dog that came into our rescue with an unknown bowel obstruction. After surgery, he continued to vomit and was nauseated. He was continued on medication for this. He got much better and I also started feeding him in a bucket attached to the door of his kennel, so he was eating at neck level and not on the floor. This helped tremendously and he finally stopped the froth and vomit of small amounts of food. This is why I have him listed as special needs. He will most likely need to eat in an elevated dish not a dish on the floor. I cannot say he is fulled house trained.
