Roxanne (fka Rosie) was found living in a bush with her puppies in rural TX. The homeowner didn't think they'd survive the TX heat and predators so brought them to the shelter where they caught the first transport outta there to CO. Roxy is a super sweet and loving girl who wants to bond with her human. She's approx 25# Heeler blended with some Corgi and Terrier mixed in. She could stand to gain a pound or two. She's dog friendly but has not been tested with cats. We recommend older kids over 12 y/o. Roxy is learning to play with other canines now that her puppies are old enough to be adopted and she no longer has to protect them and care for them. We estimate her age to be just under 2 y/o. She hasn't had any accidents in her foster home but we recommend a refresher potty training course in her new home with a new routine. Roxy walks well on a leash and would love an active family who will include her in their activities and not be gone long hours. Roxy needs a secure fenced in yard as well. If you meet the requirements above and are interested in meeting Roxy, you can complete our application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check and meet and greet everyone in the home as well as current pets. Roxy is spayed, utd on vaccs, HW- and chipped. Her adoption fee is $400
