Eliza just turned 3 and is a dream dog! She’s a leggy, 40 lb border collie mix without the border collie hyper! She’s smart and picks up on things quickly - she knows sit, shake, and is learning stay, wait, free, and down all at the same time. She’s also house-trained and learning to use a doggie door.

Eliza’s good with cats, dogs, horses, and kids, rides good in the car, and she’s not aggressive, not a biter, not a barker, not a digger, and not a fence jumper - she is a calm, happy, playful, loving dog!

Herding and chasing balls repetitively aren’t her thing! Eliza loves long walks, hiking, romping with other dogs, and being around her “persons”. With a big yard, walking, hiking, big hugs, and lounging with her family - she’ll be the happiest dog in the whole wide world!
