Meet Brownie.

Brownie is a approximately 4 years old and a pit mix. Brownie LOVES her Bunny and getting all of the attention. She is protective but sweet and very easy going with humans. All she wants in life is to climb into your lap and get love. She’s looking for someone who is home a lot to spend time with her and has experience with how to handle big dog. She is crate & house trained. She’s okay with cats but IS food aggressive with other animals (not humans). Brownie is really looking to be your best and only girl ... that would make her young heart soar.

Brownie is located in Alabama and being housed with a foster here. The adoption fee of $200 includes all age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, current flea/tick & heart worm preventative, microchip and a certificate of health from our veterinarian. You will also receive a copy of all medical records in a pet health record folder. Transport to out-of-state locations is an additional charge of $175 (on average).

Pita & Pecan's Animal Refuge is a veteran owned and operated 501(c)3 nonprofit Alabama based rescue and all of our aniumals reside with us at our homes or with a foster. We adopt our animals both locally and out-of-state in order to allow us to find the best possible home for our babies of all breeds and species.
