My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Calliope was born on 2/9/16. Her mom was a rescued stray brought inside, by my aunt, during a snowstorm. During her stay inside my aunts home, Calliope's mom ended up having a litter of kittens. Calliope was the first-born.
We adopted Calliope (and two of her litter mates) four years ago. Calliope has struggled with jealousy over the years, but it greatly intensified when we had our son nearly a year ago. It has gotten to the point where it just isn't a fair living situation for her, us/our baby, or our other two cats. She is a sweetheart and total lovebug to her humans when she is on her own, so we know she would do best in a home where there are no other pets or young children. She wants to be the sole recipient of your love and attention. :) Her ideal day is spent playing with her humans, bird-watching from a window, "hunting" her toys, and of course taking lots of cat naps. She also likes to plop right down on her human's lap and get all of the petting and cuddles she can.
