My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petey and Pepper are 7 mo. old brother and sister. They are a bonded pair and we want them to be adopted together. They are best friends!

Their original owner had to give them up due to financial circumstances.

A month ago, when Valley Dogs took them in we could tell Petey was having breathing problems. Petey had heart surgery to repair a congenital heart condition, PDA. He is fully recovered and does not have any limitations! He is free to be a playful puppy.

Both Petey and Pepper are super loving sweet dogs. They love to play together but will immediately cuddle with you on the couch. Petey loves to be held and put his head on your shoulder and Pepper is the best napping buddy.

They get along well with other dogs and will do best with a yard to play in. They are kennel trained at night but prefer to cuddle in your bed.
They both use the dog door. They are scheduled to be spayed/neutered (Covid has set there spay/neuter back a bit) and are already microchipped and current on all vaccines.
