Bitsy is a 12 lb, 9 yr old, Papillon mix. She was turned in to the shelter after her owner died. Bitsy can be timid. She gets skittish with loud noises and sudden movement. She will need a patient owner who can help her feel safe and come out of her shell. Bitsy is very sweet and mellow. She gets along best with other mellow dogs.
