My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Skye is ready to find her forever home! We call this bobbed-tail beauty a cattle dog mix. She is about 1 year old and weighs a perfect 40 pounds. Skye arrived to rescue very shy and timid after living a life on her own in northern Arizona. She has worked so hard in her foster home and with the help of the other dogs and humans in the house, she's becoming a more confident and trusting pup! She is an extremely gentle girl and hasn't met a dog or human that she didn't like. Her favorite things include playing fetch, snuggling on soft beds, and waking up with the sun!

Sky is looking for a forever home with another confident dog to keep building her confidence. She would love to have kids in the home; there is a two year old in her foster home and they are the best of friends. She also needs a family that will continue working with her, include her in family adventures, and help her continue to come out of her shell.

Skye is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and on heartworm preventative. She is also crate trained. Her adoption fee is $350. For the chance to adopt Skye, please complete an application at happytailsaz.org.
