Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Batman is an 8 - 8 1/2 year old big guy labeled an Olde English Bulldogge/possibly St. Bernard mix. He was taken into rescue on July 1, 2019. We thought we were pulling a healthy dog, but he wasn’t. Batman had Masticatory Muscle Myositis (MMM) and was declining rapidly. Thanks to his temporary medical foster, long term foster, and the veterinarians and neurologist who took care of him, Batman recovered and joined this session. You can see his medical journey on the PDP and LARC pages. Now, it’s time for him to find his forever home.
*Neutered and microchipped (cannot be vaccinated due to vaccinations being a possible MMM trigger)
*Dog friendly
*Kid friendly and will do best in a home with kids 8+ years old
*No cats
*Enjoys playing with his canine friends, but is mostly content to do nothing with his life.
*Low energy - He’s a pretty laid back guy
*Sweet gentle giant who drools
*House/kennel trained
*Graduated fully obedience trained, AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) ready, and PhD in Canine Life and Social Skills (CLASS) ready
