Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Charlie & Ollie!
Charlie (white/tan) and Ollie (tri-colored) spend their days lounging about chatting each other up. They both get particularly chatty if they hear their fosters coming near. They turn up the charm, showing off their cuteness, in hopes to trick you into giving them some extra veggies or a treat! These sweet boys are not picky in the slightest about their daily meals; lettuce, peppers, parsley, cilantro, they love them all and beg for more.
Charlie particularly likes to take naps and lay about in his soft cuddle cup. We believe charlie to be the older one at around a year old with Ollie being closer to about 9 months approximately. These boys live the life of luxury with their foster home getting lots of pets and play time. Initially a little shy to be picked up, they warm up fast once you have them in your hands. Their favorite pastime is to run around exploring in an obstacle course of boxes, sacks and tunnels at their fosters home.
RCHS guinea pigs live in loving foster homes where they are socialized, given sufficient exercise outside of their cage, and fed a diet of grass hay, Timothy pellets, and fresh vegetables daily to maintain a healthy weight. Guinea pigs do require a vet trained in exotic animal medicine and have special housing and dietary needs. We encourage you to please research guinea pigs thoroughly before adopting.
