Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Eclipse showed up at a Good Samaritan's home, scarred up all over, face, body, everywhere. Emaciated to the point all her ribs were easily visible. Scared, alone, and hungry, she made it to a home where people fed her, gave her a bed, and reached out to us for help.
Obviously we feel strongly she was a bait dog at one time.. Surprisingly with slow intros to large dogs she is okay. She does go into protection mode quickly though.
She is very sweet to humans. Loves attention and so deserves a special place to call home
The on line application for her adoption is below. Please note, we do the following
1. on line application
2. vet and reference check
3. phone call
4. home visit
5 meet and greet
6. adoption
We will travel up to two hours to do home checks. We also truly feel the dogs in our rescue have been through enough. We take in those who are injured, abused, neglected, sick, and abandoned. That being said we search for a home that they are never put in that position again. No more hurt or fear.
