From River's favorite dog walker: "River is an amazing pup. He loves to do his own thin and will tell you when he wants to go back inside. What I've discovered, over the years, River bonds to people he knows and once you feel the River love, it hits your heart. You are now someone who he RUNS up to, DIVES into for pets. It's an amazing feeling!"
River is a sweet friendly boy once you and he get to know each other. He gets along with people and some dogs. We do not know what he thinks of cats. River just wants to be walked, run in the yard and be petted. Once he gets his zoomies out he just wants pets. Due to his size a home with older children is preferred. River is about 7 years old and 77 pounds. Please help River find the loving home he deserves.

River's adoption fee is $100. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter, vetting & microchipping.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
