My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Midnight Miss is a sweet young lady who is a loving girl with her favorite people. It may take a little bit to earn her trust, but she will reward you with affection and loyalty once you have it. Born in January 2020, she weighs 50 pounds and is a real black beauty with a spotted tongue. She rides well in the car and walks nicely on a leash. She loves treats and is happy to join you for some welcome petting. Midnight gets along with other dogs, especially her mom, Mabella, but that's no surprise. She loves to run and play with her pen buddies and especially likes to jump in the doggy pool to have some fun.  Midnight is ready to find her forever home where she can be the princess of the castle.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
