Sweet Ozzie needs to be rehomed . His mom is on hard times and has left the dog in the care of a relative who is extremely neglectful having had no other choice as most of the shelters are not taking owner surrenders at this time .He is not allowed in the house . He is being left outside 24/7 in the heat of the desert And he has been living in this situation for a year . This is a desperate plea to help this dog . Please help !
