Hi! My name is Phoebe. I am a shepherd mix and I have a super soft coat! I was found as a stray to fend for myself in the scorching heat of Houston, TX. I am the spunkiest, sassiest little girl. Sometimes my assertiveness gets confused with aggressiveness and I am not aggressive. I had to learn to fend for myself out as a stray so I think I am very tough!! I really do love other dogs and humans!! I have one of the biggest hearts in the world and desire to give a forever family all my love. I sleep in my kennel all through the night and am working on going potty outside (I only have accidents inside if I get really excited and forget that I have to go). I love to give you a big morning hug when I come out of my kennel and will go right outside to go potty. I love to chew on toys, play fetch, and I LOVE the water!! I’m still learning how to swim but I am not afraid to. I also love ICE!!! If you turn the ice machine on I will come running. I will sit and wait patiently (I know how to sit and am working on some other tricks too) Right now, I have 5 foster brothers and sisters- all different sizes and breeds. I will do best in a house with a younger dog that will play with me! I love my foster family and cannot wait to have a family to call my own. I would love to meet you and steal your heart for forever!!
