My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a typical chihuahua...bossy and demanding. I’m not going to lie, he can be a real jerk at times. Almost like a sour patch kid...one minute sweet...then next sour (growling and snarly). He has never tried to bite me, but I have never given him the opportunity to. I understand Chihuahuas and know that many just like to be left alone...which is totally Max! He was turned over to a vet to be euthanized because he snapped at his owner and she did not want to deal with his attitude any longer. He is really a good boy, he just likes to be left alone unless HE wants your attention.

Max is housebroken, gets along with other dogs his size as long as they do not put their head in his food bowl, great with cats and loves all people (as long as they do not try to get in his face or pick him up!)

Max could really use a foster home or owner who understand the Chihuahuatude and will give him the space he needs.
