My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Butch comes to us as lost and unclaimed. He is a very active and energetic young neutered male chocolate lab. Very friendly but a little insecure. Would do best with an experienced adopter willing to give him lots of exercise and attention as Butch does need a lot of room to run and play. As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY SEPTEMBER 18, 2009. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines and Omaha, NE just north of I-80. Bona fide breed specific rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
