My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charles is a sweet and bashful boy seeking a home that will love him forever! Charles is quickly warming up to his foster family. He has even snuck in to snuggle up with his foster mom at night! He laid on her back, and ‘surfed’ it as she shifted positions in bed. Sometimes, this beautiful and gentle boy can be heard running around and meowing softly at night. Although not always outwardly affectionate, Charles LOVES getting scratches!

Charles will need a patient adopter to help bring him out of his shell. His life’s been difficult for the past few years, as his previous kitty companion passed away. Charles is a sensitive sweetheart. His foster home reports that Charles often hides under furniture when people are home. However, he will accept pets when he’s under furniture, and even enjoys playing when he’s in the mood!

Due to a food allergy, Charles will need hydrolyzed food and prednisone (just one pill a day!) on an ongoing basis. We know that Charles will become his truest self once he’s had time to heal up completely! Charles would do best in a quiet home with an adopter willing to give this darling the love and patience he so deserves. If you think you can be that hero for Charles, please contact Team Cat Rescue today!
