Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear is a 3 month old smart, adventurous pup. He loves playing with his siblings and foster family pups but can also entertain himself with marvels such as twigs, leaves and an occasional butterfly!
Bear is young and at the perfect age to socialize & bond with his very own family .
Like any puppy , he will need some training to learn good puppy manners. Bear is eager yo learn and catches on quickly. Bear loves his squeaky toys & playing fetch, he’s still learning but will eventually bring the toy back to you. Bear weighs about 17 lbs, when fully grown may end up about 30 lbs or a little more. I’ve been crate training , mainly at night. He’s learning basic commands and is doing well. He’s very close to being house trained. I think he will adjust nicely in a new home with his family and will make a wonderful , loving addition to any family.
He will do well with other animals in the home or be just as happy having his very own humans . He is a well adjusted pup , loves meeting people andother animals.
He loves going on walks and just being close with his family . If you're looking for a smart , sweet pup this is the puppy for you. He will bring so much love to your home.
Bear is a Retriever, Collie mix who was born on April 2.
PUPPIES GROW INTO the expectations of their families through consistent love, caring and training. Puppies cannot be adopted to homes where they are left alone for more than 3-4 hours. Families with children must have established boundaries for both the puppy and the children.
PLEASE REMEMBER: The specific breed of any dog abandoned to a shelter or rescue is only the best informed determination of rescue in agreement with our veterinarians.
