Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zoey loves people, adventures and life. She is extremely smart and active and has the overall energy of a much younger dog. She is good on leash, good on car rides and knows how to potty outside. Zoey has been to obedience school and graduated with flying colors.
Zoey was found in a rural area of south Texas and was extremely underweight and heartworm positive. She has been in foster care for almost a year while we worked on her medical needs and completed heartworm treatment. Zoey suffers from a chronic condition called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) which requires a daily supplement to manage. She is now in the best shape of her life and ready to find a forever home.
Her ideal home would be with experienced dog owners, especially a working breed like Zoey. If left on her own Zoey will find a job if she doesn't have one. A family that can keep her mind and body active will absolutely enjoy the big personality Zoey brings to a new home.
Zoey is currently in a foster home with other dogs and she does very well with young puppies. However, true to her breed, she expects to be the Alpha dog and would do best in a home with no other pets or with another doggie friend who doesn't mind being bossed around.
Zoey could be a good jogging buddy as long as her family keeps her age and medical needs in mind.
To learn more about Zoey or to get an adoption application please email her foster mom Kathryn kajones42003@yahoo.com. Zoey is available through Lytle Animal Allies, a 501(c)3 non-profit. She can be transported to your area once adopted. The adoption fee is $185 plus the cost of transportation (if required)
