My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tibbar is a beautiful and very fluffy, 18-month-old, 2.4-pound, female grey lionhead rabbit looking for a loving guardian.
Tibbar was relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue because she was purchased to be a child’s pet but was not the best companion for him.
She eats a healthy diet of timothy and orchard hays, fresh greens and carrots, and tiny bites of apple as her treats. She doesn’t need pellets.
While she is not big on being picked up, she really does love attention from her humans, by sitting beside them on the couch. She is just about perfect with her litter box and doesn’t seem to mind the other animals in my house. I think she enjoys them.
Tibbar is extremely healthy, vet-checked, spayed, microchipped and ready for a loving family. While her fur is very beautiful, she may require trimming the hair around her eyes so she can see. The vet did that for her while she was under for her spay surgery.
Her adoption fee of $175 benefits Friends of Petraits Rescue and includes all her belongings ... carrying case, hay, litter, litter box, pen and favorite toys! Please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com for an application if you're interested in adopting Tibbar. She’s best with an experienced rabbit family.

She is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
