Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In Versailles, KY
Meet Millie! She is a 12 week old double Merle Aussie puppy. She is partially blind, has the ability to see from one eye and little to no vision in the other eye due to a condition called Microphtalmia. Her hearing seems to be just fine.
Millie has two blue eyes and a tail, as well and red markings. Like most puppies she is very high energy and loves to nip at ankles but is extremely sweet. Her teeth are still puppy teeth and oh so sharp, but she is teething so patience and a few chew toys are all she needs. She is a quick learner and has a broad understanding of what is wrong and right. She has been working very hard on potty training and almost has it down pat! When she has to go she will give the sniff signal or walk to the door to let us know she is ready to go out. She seems to love a consistent schedule and sleeps in a crate well at night.
Millie presently has a playmate while in foster care and would enjoy a brother or sister but would be fine to be a single dog as well as long as her family would not be gone from home too long each day.
She is up to date with her puppy shots and has been microchipped.
Millie is a sweet little girl and will be a great companion to her new family. If you are interested in Millie please complete an application:
