My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Foxy and Roxy are in foster care in East Tennessee and will be transported to Wethersfield CT upon adoption. Transport services are limited due to the COVID mess. They are available this weekend July 18

Please do not ask to adopt individually.

Meet Foxy and Roxy, two petite and lovely little ladies. Foxy, the larger one is 8 pounds, and Roxy is a mere 5 pounds. We believe they are mother daughter and are a bonded pair. Foxy is estimated to be around 2 and Roxy maybe around 1 yr. They were brought in to animal control as strays so little is known about their history. Although they may be a bit shy at first, they quickly warm up and are very friendly and loving. Foxy is a bit more outgoing and adventurous, while Roxy is still shy and a little nervous. They have gotten along fine with the 3 other dogs at their foster home. They have not been cat tested but we believe they would be fine with cats as they are generally very quiet in nature. They are both paper trained in the house and Foxy prefers to potty outdoors if given the opportunity. Roxy is still too timid to venture out in the yard very far yet but she should get
braver with more exposure to the outdoors. For the time being she prefers the safety of a warm lap to outdoor adventures. These little ladies would make excellent companions. They are quiet and do not require a lot of physical exercise other than a short potty walk and following you around the house. Their favorite pastimes are being cuddled in a lap or sunning themselves on the deck! They are spayed, hw negative, UTD on shots and on flea/tick/hw meds.
