My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reno is as sweet as sugar. Since he isn’t vocal, he seems to keep his opinions to himself! This lovable cat loves to snuggle and climb to high places, and he can often be found on top of the refrigerator or at the top of a cat tree. This little buddy loves to give headbutts and seeks to make good friends with the people he lives with. He loves to be pet and doted on, and belly rubs are his favorite!

As with any cat, Reno needs some time to get to know people, but his foster mom says he blossoms the more you get to know him. He is a gentle soul.

Reno has been living with his CCR foster brother Styles and they are a bonded pair, so will be adopted out together.

If you would like to meet and possibly adopt Reno and Styles, contact Cindy: (773)203-0215, or email: cindy@chicagocatrescue.org

At Chicago Cat Rescue, we are dedicated to both the physical and emotional well being of the cats and kittens in our care. For this reason, unless expressly stated, we do not place cats or kittens in homes where they will be the only cat. Generally cats love the company of other cats, and can become quite lonely when living alone.

Kittens will only be placed in pairs, or to join another kitten or young cat in your home.

CCR adopts to homes in Chicago, or to homes that are within a few miles of our foster families. We do not ship cats or kittens. No exceptions.

Chicago Cat Rescue is an entirely foster based organization. Our ability to help more cats in need is dependent on our availability of foster homes. If you think you could provide a loving foster situation for a cat in need, or would like to learn more about our foster program, please email us, info@chicagocatrescue.org. Thank you!
