Accipiter
Est. DOB: February 25, 2020
Description: DSH Brown Tabby
Gender: Female
Call me "Cippy" (pronounced Sippy), which is short for Accipiter. I've been told how soft my fur is, likely because I like to spend time grooming in the sun on the patio while watching the birds. Although I am a little timid, I usually warm up after about 24 hours and will chirp at you for much needed petting and play time. I will follow you around as I start to feel comfortable. Loud noises sometimes make me want to hide, but I'll come when you call, and I love being held so feel free to scoop me up to remind me I don't need to hide. Do you have a comfy lap? I like those. A warm lap and face scratches will get me purring so loud you'll need to turn up the volume when we watch TV together. I am playfuI and love a good feather toy. I would probably thrive in a quieter household without other pets, but I've started to get used to being around other animals - just takes some time. Please, pick me! I will be a sweet "furever" friend that will always be around to keep you company and chatter back when you need someone to talk to. I really look forward to finding a home again as I was returned due to unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID. My adoptive mom was very sad to give me back. She said I am a great kitten so I would find a home soon. Prove her right!
The Birds of Prey kittens were born to a feral mom. Mom is being TNR’d.
