Fluffy is a young pup who was born to an owner surrender mom (who has been adopted). He had 8 siblings. Out of the siblings, he is a little less adventurous and loves to spend time with people and follows closely everywhere you go. He would do well with a companion pup or with someone who will give her lots of tlc and some reassurance.
