My story

MEET Tatum! Born in early March 2020, she was fathered by Oscar, who is one of our favorite Word on the Street Program recipients. (& now thankfully neutered!) This young pittie puppy is as cute and spunky as they come, but has had a rough start. She was taken from her mother at a young age and then returned, very underweight. We’re thankful we were called to step in, but can understand why most of the world is still a new and scary seeming place for her. Now that she has landed in a safe environment with a foster family that will help her build up her trust and confidence though, we’re sure the sky is the limit for this babe! She LOVES her toys and chew bones and is doing pretty well learning to walk on leash. Tatum’s not quite ready for her forever home yet, but if you think you’re the right fit to help guide her into her best life, apply on our website www.realtimerescue.org!
