Bruno was neutered under the free feral cat TNR program (trap-neuter-return) and that's why he has an eartip. The people that got him fixed and were feeding him moved away, so one of our fosters got involved and started feeding the group of cats that were left behind. One day the owner of the property asked her to take the cats away as they were going to do some construction on the apartments. So, she got some of the cats adopted and found places for the others to go. Bruno was staying with another rescuer until just recently when we got him back and thought it was time for him to have a real home of his own. We took him to the vet and had him all checked out, and had bloodwork done on him, and he is very healthy. He's also a lovebug and a gentle giant. His meow is a very soft, raspy whisper which is very cute coming out of this 16 pound cat. He has no issues with the other cats he lives with and is a wonderful, sweet, couch potato. Hopefully someone will fall in love with this big hunk and he'll be in a forever home very soon!

More about this rescue
The Cat Posse is a group of individuals devoted to rescuing and rehabilitating unwanted and abused cats in Southern California. We educate our communities about the importance of spaying and neutering, and we believe that all animals deserve dignity and kindness as we work toward the day when all public shelters will be "no kill".
