Flex was found making himself at home on a small urban farm in southern Dallas. Though it was clear it has not been easy going for this stray Blue Nose Pit Bull, who was skinny and suffering from eye and skin infections, Flex was all tail wags and kisses and immediately won the affections of his finder. A trip to the vet revealed that his eye and skin infections are easily treatable with antibiotics and are already looking better under treatment. Yay! The vet explained that a diet of high-calorie puppy food would put on the 25 or so lbs. he was missing in no time.
Flex is being fostered in a home where he can get all of the love and attention that he needs as he gets back to health. He is a remarkably laid back, sweet, friendly dog that wants nothing more than to play, get a good loving scratch or pat on the head, and maybe be fed the occasional treat and he will even sit for it! He shows no signs of human or dog aggression, and his finder has no doubt that he will make someone a phenomenal companion.
