Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello everyone!
I have been in foster care two weeks now.
Just by looking at me you can see my battle wounds, only because I showed up to my biggest fight in life. Don’t let that scare you, I am a sweet, loving, playful and GORGEOUS one year old pup.
I have to admit, the first 5 days or so were rough when I arrived at my foster home. I have other Yorkie fur siblings that I live with, and although they were very nice to me, I was not always nice back. A few days later, I met Bella the biggest dog in the house, I have to admit, Bella triggered many emotions and fear for me. My foster dad picked me up while they introduced me to her. Since I felt safe, I was okay but my dad said my heart was beating so fast that he picked me up every time I would be around Bella. My foster family LOVES me very much, they have helped me relax a lot, and I can say that Bella and I are friends now but I am always supervised around her and never left alone with her. Later on, I started to understand that when my fur siblings barked it wasn't always because something bad was happening. You should see me now, I get along just fine with all the dogs here, BUT I still don't want to have a big dog around me when I find my furever home. I may need some patience if you have another dog my size. You will have to teach me to get along with them and give me some time to settle and relax. I promise you, I have a lot of potential to be the perfect member of your family.
I also have a little bit of storm anxiety, but if you let me cuddle next to you during a stormy night I will be just fine. After my amputation it took me no time to adjust, three days later I was jumping on and off the couch. My parents have a pool and I can't wait for this weekend so I can get in the pool with my life jacket and have some fun! If you don't mind having a little tripod in your life, and you promise to not put me in a crate, and not to have big dogs around, but you want a snuggle bug and one that loves kisses, I am your girl! I am ready to go home and and be your forever fur-baby. I know you will love me to pieces! My foster mom says thank you for your patience.
