Please note: Walker is in a foster home as we have no shelter nor staff- all great volunteers! Application and info below.
Walker arrived as a stray at a neighboring WV pound- He (like many others) is likely a discarded hunting dog. Thanks to a special grant from radardogs.org Walker received much needed veterinary care to prepare him for adoption.
Walker is a sweet, super chill man and loves everyone he meets. He is kind and gentle. Walker is on medication for Lyme disease (on treatment for 30 days) and daily arthritis tablets. Unfortunately, his left eye was damaged beyond repair and it was removed.
Walker is a gentle, loving soul looking for a soft place to land for his senior years.
Adoption fee $150.00. Adoption includes:
Adoption includes spay/neuter, 4DX SNAP heartworm test, Da2PP Bordetella and Rabies vaccines, Deworm/ HW monthly prevention (Interceptor plus) and flea/tick control (Advantix). Dogs are also micro-chipped and adoption includes lifetime registration. Also included in the adoption is 30 days of Pet First Pet Insurance, and Petco's Free Welcome to the Family Program. This program supports All New Pet Parents and offers Free resources, more than $650 in savings and 24/7 support.
