Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Suzie Q was an owner surrender to our rescue.... unfortunately her story is one we hear all too often... we don't have time... since then we've found out that she was thrown out in a backyard and a friend of the owner convinced them to surrender her to us.. She came without any manners, not potty trained and with demodex mange and alopecia... we got her treatment right away and her mange is now resolved and most of her hair loss has filled in.. She was finally able to be spayed and is now ready to find her forever home... The perfect home for her would be someone that works from home or is gone minimally... She is understandably uncertain when her humans leave because she was ignored her entire life until coming into the rescue.. She's had a dose of the good life and she doesn't want that to end.. She is very energetic and would love to be your hiking buddy.. She's good around horses and absolutely loves kids. I think she definitely needs a home with kids, in fact, even small ones!!! This is a kids dog for sure!!
The adoption fee is a tax-deductible donation (per IRS guidelines) to our 501c3 rescue and includes vaccines, worming, microchip and Spay/Neuter. The Dog is currently located in foster in Escondido...You must be willing to travel to Escondido to meet her... meet and greets will only be scheduled after a completed and signed application is submitted. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis...We do our homework and make sure the home is the best possible situation for the pet based on breed specifics and lifestyle of the potential home. Breed descriptions are best guess since we do not know both parents.. Animal Alliance Rescue Foundation does our best to establish possible breed mixes using our experience in consultation with our vet. We make no guarantees as to breed combinations unless we expressly know both parents. This is a mixed breed puppy of unknown origin.
