Cullen is a young GSD who was found as a stray and later brought to San Jose Animal Shelter. He is currently in a temporary home but the guy who agreed to foster him realized he's young and needs a lot of time and attention as any young dog would. We are hoping to find his future forever family where he can settle in and start training right away.
We gave him a bath in the front yard the day we pulled him from the shelter, and although he wasn't happy, he did not show any aggression. He is still worried when we walk him outside, but needs time to learn to trust that people are not out there to hurt him. He needs guidance in the house, as he's still a puppy, but he seems to be house trained as long as he has a chance to go outside every few hours. At the moment, he needs someone patient with time to work with him and show him the ropes. It is apparent he was never socialized outside the house although he is already passed the puppy stage -- we guess he's about 18-24 months old.
