My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I got Sherman from a pound in Amarillo, TX in June 2016. When I got him he was extremely malnourished. Due to this and a lot of other aspects no one was able to get an exact age on him. He is approximately 6-8 years old. He is back to great health now and just enjoys being with his people. And, he LOVES playing with toy balls! Sometimes he’s not in the mood for fetch and he throws it in the air himself and catches it. He is also very love able. He would be great as a lap dog. He loves being close to his owner and snuggling. He is great with any kind of animal, child, human, everything. He would be perfect for people with small children as he’s so patient and loves playing with balls. He would also be great with an older couple who just wants an easygoing lap dog as he really is both. I say he plays a lot, but he does enjoy quite a bit playing fetch on his own as well making it a good fit for an older couple as they wouldn’t have to run around him.
