My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm so darn cute that you will not be able to resist me!! Delilah is my name and I am 1 year old, 9 lb terrier mix and I do love almost everyone. I am not sure about cats yet because I can not catch my foster mom's but it isn't from lack of trying! My foster mom says I might change my mind if I ever do catch it. I would do best in a home with another dog who is not dominant, I love my foster brother and sister, but the little foster chihuahua thinks shes the boss so sometimes we fight about that, I've been told I have an attitude. I love to give kisses and am learning to be a little more polite about it. I am spayed, micro-chipped, up to date on my vaccines and on a monthly heart worm/flea and tick preventative. I am crate trained and potty trained!! I also love to play dart out the door so you will have to be vigilant at first until I know that I am home. I will also require a fenced in yard so that I can run and play safely!! All adoptions require a completed ADOPTION APPLICATION. Once your application is approved, we will put you in touch with the dogs foster to see if you and the pet are a good match. If so, we will arrange a meeting for you and the pet. This dog is fostered in Pratt, KS and adopter must drive to pick up. We do not ship or deliver. Please Note: We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process.
