Betty came to the rescue from a puppy mill. She was very scared and timid because everything is new to her. One thing she was really afraid of was walking through doorways. She is currently in a foster home where she is learning to be a normal dog, receive love and enjoy her life.
She is learning how to walk nicely on a leash and not be distracted by every sound and movement. She is good around cats and will lay near them with no issues. She gets along with the other male dog in her foster home and has done well following him to potty outside. She is crate trained and keeps it cleaned.
Betty is very sweet and gentle. She needs a patient family to allow her to keep learning her new life and shower her with lots of love.
